We are researching how US HighLevel agencies verify that missed-call text-back still works across their client locations. The questionnaire tests the frequency, impact and current handling of silent failures. It will not be used for outreach until it passes production verification.
What we are testing
Whether agencies need automatic proof that a genuine missed call reached the correct location, triggered the expected workflow and produced the required SMS delivery state.
Current status
Vlodar is testing customer need and willingness to pay. The proposed monitor is not yet a commercially validated or generally available SaaS product.
